Does Dylan only work in Shreveport?
No. Shreveport-Bossier is the home market, and projects elsewhere in Northwest Louisiana and beyond can be considered depending on the event and scope.

Event-Day Management starts at $500 and Event Builder starts at $1,000. Festivals, concerts, venue projects and larger events are custom-priced based on the scope of work.

How far in advance should I contact Dylan?
Earlier is usually better, especially for larger events, but availability and the amount of support needed determine what is possible. It is worth reaching out even if the event date is approaching.
